1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk766 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk766 website located at https://tk766.org and all associated games, betting markets, features and services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not be accessing the Services from any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. tk766 requires that you:

• Create a strong, unique password for your tk766 Account and do not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Services from a shared or public device.
• Notify tk766 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date so that security verification communications can be delivered successfully.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk766 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk766 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is registered in their own name and that any mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) or bank account used for transactions on tk766 is verified and in active status.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to a tk766 Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk766 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction deposit limit, which will be communicated to the Player at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. tk766 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Deposits made in connection with a promotional offer must comply with the specific terms of that promotion. Where a bonus is attached to a deposit, the deposit itself may become subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Players:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your Account. tk766 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously associated with your Account.
• Before a withdrawal request is processed, tk766 may require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your Account Balance are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money funds and bonus funds are held in separate ledgers and the applicable withdrawal rules for each are clearly displayed in your Account settings.
• tk766 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual transfer times to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay wallet depend on the payment provider and are outside tk766's direct control. tk766 accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, tk766 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out in this document and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by tk766 unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household address, IP address and device. Players found to be exploiting multi-account structures to claim the same bonus more than once will have all associated Accounts closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that remain uncleared at the expiry of this time limit will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds placed on ineligible game categories will not count towards wagering requirements and may be voided.
• tk766 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. A Player who closes their Account and re-registers is not eligible for a welcome bonus on the new Account.

6. Responsible Gaming

tk766 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring that the Services remain a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal harm. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings.

The following responsible gaming features are available to all Players and can be activated at any time through the Account settings panel without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in BDT. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but an increase to an existing limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session time limits: set a maximum continuous play session duration. A notification is displayed when the limit is reached. Players may extend a session limit but the extension takes effect only at the start of the next session.
• Cooling-off periods: temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account is locked and no bets, deposits or withdrawals can be made.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your Account with no option to re-register for a minimum period of 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players wishing to self-exclude should contact tk766 customer support at [email protected].

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk766 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, misrepresentation or any attempt to deceive tk766, its staff or other Players, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents.
• Money laundering or using the tk766 platform to transfer, conceal or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live gameplay, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, display errors or pricing mistakes on the platform. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will be voided. tk766 will attempt to restore the Account to the state it was in prior to the error occurring.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members. Each Account is for the sole use of the registered Player only.

tk766 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player's conduct constitutes a breach of this section. Decisions made by tk766 regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

tk766 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or the specific terms of any promotion.
• tk766 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft or collusion involving the Account.
• The Player has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a request from tk766.
• tk766 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or order from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed by tk766 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus funds are not returnable upon Account closure regardless of the reason.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk766 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall design and structure of the website, is the property of tk766 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any platform content; distribute, transmit, display or perform any platform content publicly; or reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the platform.

Unauthorised use of any tk766 intellectual property — including reproducing platform content on third-party websites, using the tk766 brand name or logo without express written permission, or scraping platform data using automated tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk766 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, except where such loss or damage results directly from tk766's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. tk766 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, tk766 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to their Account.
• Losses or delays caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or any banking institution, in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss of any kind, even if tk766 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tk766 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the Agreement between you and tk766. 12. Changes to These Terms

Minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may be made without advance notice.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request Account closure by contacting tk766 customer support. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tk766 operates. Any dispute between a Player and tk766 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support will be subject to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as tk766 may specify from time to time. tk766 will make reasonable efforts to resolve Player complaints fairly and promptly through its customer support team before escalating any matter to formal dispute resolution.
